Most teams are up and running in an afternoon. You import owners, properties, units and tenants from CSV and early-access members get hands-on help from us during onboarding.

CSV import for owners, properties, units and tenants works today. Direct migration tools for the major platforms are in progress; early-access teams get hands-on help moving their data.

You can bring across your active leases, tenant records and unit details. Historical transaction data can be imported via CSV as well, so you're not starting from a blank slate.

Plans are based on the number of users and organizations in your workspace, not per unit so growing your portfolio doesn't grow your bill. Final numbers are set at launch; early-access members lock in preferred pricing.

Starter covers up to 5 users and 3 organizations, Growth up to 20 users and 10 organizations and Portfolio is unlimited on both. You can move up a tier at any time and your data comes with you.

No setup fee and no long-term contract during early access. It's free while we're in early access and you can cancel anytime.

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with role-based access controls and full audit logs. We treat lease and payment data with the care a financial system requires.

Access is governed by granular, permission-based roles. Managers, owners, staff and vendors each see only what their role allows and every organization is isolated in its own workspace.
